Flow | First Light in Jammu Kashmir.

£17.50

‘During my childhood in the Eighties, my parents would periodically travel to India, and send postcards home. I recall receiving one of dawn in Jammu Kashmir, with a note penned by my mum. This tea is inspired by that enduring image, and the wistfulness of missing a loved one.’

Jerusha Shulberg, Director of Wellbeing

Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, cloves, liquorice root and rose petals are both grounding and uplifting, serene and zesty. The interplay of delicate rose and enlivening liquorice root is another lovely surprise on this spicy palate.

Brewing: Two heaped teaspoons in 200 ml of 100 °C hot water for 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, cloves, liquorice root, rose petals.
